Buy Artificial Wedding Jewellery Online

hi folks my name is suman das and i am fromvastradi jewels. today we will be talking about some tips onhow we can buy jewelry online. jewelry is something which is very specialto every woman's heart. so you need to take care of some tips... somepointers actually by which you can actually buy jewelry online.there are many websites which sell jewelry online these days.when you are thinking of buying a specific kind of a jewelry go to a website, try tofind out the range, what they have. if you like something, every website thesedays has a closer look... you know a system through which you can lookinto the products more closely.

try and analyze each piece you want to buy......and also all the websites these days have something called as the support......you know a support chat that they have. talk to them, talk about the material thatgoes into the jewelry. talk about the polishing.how long the polishing going to last and how you can take care of the jewelry.and also if you are allergic to some kind of a metal ask about what metal goes intothe jewelry. if you like something pick it up.but what we always say is that websites have jewelry starting from rs 200... as low asrs 200 on their website. try and buy a product which is as low as possiblein pricing.

once you receive the product check the quality.if you are happy with the quality then go ahead and purchase more stuff from the website.this will ensure that you know at least the product you are buying, you have tested thebrand and if you are happy with it, happy shopping.

Where Can I Buy Wedding Jewelry

look at these girls! every hoochie mama in new york is trying out for this tv show. hey, hoochie mamas got to work, too. t.k., these girls have no self-respect. shoot, i respect 'em. they should get a regular girl to host the show. that's what teenagers want to see. that's not what i want to see.
what do you want to see? hoochie mamas. that's what they need -- they need a hoochie mama channel. you would watch that? hey, that's your must-see tv. this is stupid. this is stupid! look at this stupid stuff they want us to say.
does everybody have the same script? i think so. yeah, like i would really say that. teenagers don't want to be talked down to. we're smarter than that. right, t.k.? huh? [ sigh ] if this was my show, what would i say? if this was my show,
you want to know what i would say? mm-hmm. well, i'd talk about teen sexuality, how we should lower the voting age, and school uniforms. i'd keep it real. okay, let's see who's next. divica johnson. good luck.
okay, larry, you can stop the auditions. we've found our girl. you're the producer. you make the call. who is she? that girl. cece, you sure do have a lot of toys. that's what happens when you're the baby. my mom says i'm going to get a lot of toys when my dad gets a job. he got laid off.
what's laid off? i don't know, but it has something to do with the man. is that a hole in your sweater? no. that's when my friend squeaky comes out to play. where are you, squeaky? [ high-pitched voice ] hello, cece. how are you, squeaky? [ high-pitched voice ] good. you sure do need some toys.
[ doorbell rings ] i'll get it! hello, mrs. sawyer. hi, cece. come on, skylar. it's time to go. mom, look how big this house is. can we get a house like this? [ sigh ] maybe someday. but it is a nice house, baby.
come on. it's time to go. say goodbye to cece. bye. have you guys heard about that new show "teen rap"? oh, no. just what we need -- another show for teenagers. i'm the host! all right! another show for teenagers. so how did you get it? well, i went to the audition,
and they just picked me on the spot. there was all these beautiful girls down there, too. hey, i don't get it. and the best part about it is i get paid $500 a week. whoa! $500 a week? zaria, have you thought about your manager? no, nicholas, i haven't.
bam! nick management. this isn't going to affect your schoolwork, is it? mrs. p, if she gets behind in school, i'll help her out. again, i ask -- this isn't going to affect your schoolwork, is it? no, mom. i have it under control. besides, it's only for an hour after school every day. this calls for a celebration.
zaria, anywhere you want to go for dinner. zaria, as your manager, my advice is two words -- buffet. robert, did you take $20 out of my purse? no. why? i was getting ready to go to the store, and i thought i put $20 in here. well, i got some cash. wait. no, i don't have any cash.
you take some money out of my wallet? no! hey, what's up, y'all? check out my new sunglasses. those are nice. yeah. they match my new sweatshirt. that's cool, too. hey, not as cool as my new shoes! that stuff is expensive. where did you get it? macio's.
you mean macy's. no. macio. i got this stuff out of his van. is it stolen? no. factory rejects. oh. is that why your shoes say "ikes"? yeah, and that's why my sweatshirt says, "tommy hilldigger." so, gordon, you're saying that we should all band together
to end teen violence in our high schools? yes, zaria, uh, but more specifically, we should end the violence against me. you see, bullies have always been a problem in our high schools. mm-hmm, mm-hmm. in the last month, i've been hoisted up a flagpole, used as a crash dummy in driver's ed,
and i had some hot sauce put down my athletic supporter. zaria, this madness has to stop! for all of you who sympathize with gordon, you can reach him at... www.avoidbeatdown.com thank you for joining us, gordon. thanks for giving me a forum, zaria. that's it for today.
join us tomorrow, when our topic will be "s.a.t.s -- are they culturally biased?" and remember, this is zaria's teen rap, where teens can talk about anything from "a" to "z," and i do mean... "z." and we're out. that's a wrap, ladies and gentlemen. zaria, zaria!
you're blowing me away. the viewers love you, and that gordon -- he's gold. oh, i'm loving this job. it's so much fun. and you get paid to do it. aah! my first paycheck. oh, my gosh, this is so exciting. i thought it was only for $500. it's a bigger check because they've already run your show three times.
so i'm in reruns? yes, you are. dang, this is a big check. if i cash this, the bank may bounce. mom, dad, i've been robbed. my sock is empty. that's where i keep all my money, and it's gone. why do you keep your money in a sock? 'cause it really stinks, and it keeps robbers away.
are you sure it's been stolen? look for yourself. whoa. i'll take your word. i had $6.22 and a snickers bar. son, your mother and i will get to the bottom of it. hey! aren't you forgetting something? i don't want it now. it stinks. nicholas.
[ groans ] robert: hey, t.k. hey, y'all. anybody want to know what time it is? 'cause -- bam! i can show you. wow. that's a nice watch. it's a nolex. t.k., you sure are buying a lot of stuff lately. oh, i like the nice things in life, and i always find a way to get 'em, too.
robert, i am the first one to defend t.k., but how is he paying for all this stuff? jerri, you can't be serious. where's he getting the money? he's got a job. a couple hours a week in a pizza place doesn't pay for all these things. they're knockoffs. mom, dad, look -- check out my first paycheck.
that's a lot of money for someone in high school. that's a lot of money for somebody who teaches college. and it's cool. they're calling me "the voice of teenage america." that's great, zaria. i'm going to go work on some more topics. oh, i got one for you, honey. "teenagers who haven't cleaned their rooms in a week,
and the mothers who are about to ground them." good topic. hey, t.k., i've been thinking of topics for my next show. what you think about this? "micro-miniskirts -- none of dad's business." i didn't see you in school today. i didn't go. you weren't there yesterday, either. i've been busy with the show.
your parents are going to go nuts if they find out you ain't going to school. you're right. guess i got to figure out a way to tell them. you already missed two days. on the third day, they'll get a call from the vice-principal. yeah, and thanks to you, she probably has our number on speed-dial. yes, she does. that's right. hey, baby.
hey, mom, dad. listen, i'm glad you're home 'cause there's something really important we need to talk about. sure, honey. what is it? i want to be honest with you guys. i haven't been to school in the past couple days. what? what? the show's taken off. i love doing it and i'm really good at it. zaria, what are you trying to say?
i'm dropping out of high school. okay, okay. why do you go to school? to get a good job, and i have a great job. honey, an education is more than about getting a job. it's about making a good life for yourself, and i'm doing that now. i'm good at it, so what's the problem? if you don't have an education -- [ pager beeps ]
that's the studio. i got to go. i know you guys love me. i love you, too. and i know you mean well, but i have a show to do. robert, we cannot let her drop out of high school. honey, i know. i know. hey, honey. hey, baby.
is zaria home yet? no, she's still at the studio. as soon as she gets home, we have to have a talk with her. i know, honey. hey, mrs. p. check out my new jeans. cat farm! you see it? t.k., what you been doing lately? oh, you know, the usual.
the usual? yeah -- school, girls, work, girls. t.k., i don't know how to say this, but you've been buying a lot of stuff late-- nicholas! i'm just trying to see if he smells like an old sock, mom. i'll handle this, nicholas.
check him good 'cause he smells a little funky. what are you trying to say? some money's missing -- stolen from me, robert, and nicholas. what? oh, come on! you think i would steal from you after all y'all done for me? don't y'all trust me? look, t.k., all i'm saying is -- all i have to my name is $5. see?
hey, wait a minute. my $5 is gone. yo, somebody ripped me off! calm down! calm down. we'll get your money back. oh, you will? yeah. now that i think about it, it was a 20. no, i'm just kidding. robert! robert.
yeah, baby? t.k.'s not the thief. then who could it be? well, the only person who doesn't have an alibi is... i think cece's our man. cece's the man? [ "shaft" theme song plays ] å› cece å› å› cece peterson, baby å›
å› who is the girl å› å› that would steal from her brother man? å› å› cece å› å› right on å› å› and who is the child å› å› who's out there runnin' wild? å› å› she's a complicated girl å› å› and no one understands her å› å› but her homeys å›
å› her homeys å› å› they say that cece peterson is a mean little -- å› å› shut your mouth! å› å› i'm just talkin' 'bout cece å› å› well, i can dig it å› å› she's only 6 å› å› and she knows all of their tricks å› å› ah, cece å› cece! she ripped me off! ooh-hoo!
robert, robert, robert, robert! we have to talk to our baby girl. no, we have to talk to both of our baby girls. mom, dad, why can't you guys understand that i'm not a child anymore? i have everything figured out, and right now i don't need school. zaria, right now you're on top of the world and everything is going your way.
it's not always going to be like this. how do you know? maybe it is always going to be like this. if ricki lake can do it, i know i can. besides, my show has been picked up for another 10 weeks. big deal. 10 weeks -- that's 2 1/2 months. what are you going to do when it ends? look, mom, if it doesn't work out,
i'll go back to school. zaria, trust me. it's not that easy to catch up. dad, this is my life. zaria, you're 17. you don't have a life. maybe the problem is my life is what you wish yours was. young lady -- young lady, that's it. after today, z-tv is unplugged. now go to your room.
i am quitting school. zaria, we're back in one minute. dad. uh... what are you doing here? i just came to see z-tv for myself. so what do you think? i think my little girl is making a big mistake by dropping out of school.
dad, don't you understand? i'm a success. teenagers look up to me. zaria, 30 seconds. zaria... you're not going to be a teenager forever. you can't host "teen rap" when you're 30. so i'll just get another show. what if you don't?
you'll have nothing to fall back on. places, zaria. look, dad, i'm sorry, but this is what i love, and i'm going to do it for the rest of my life. å› bum-bum-bum bum-bum å› hey, baby girl. hi, mom. å› choo-choo-choo choo-choo-choo å› å› bum-bum-bum å›
cece, what are you doing? looking for gum? cece... okay, i was looking for money. sit down, young lady. that is stealing. you know better than to go into mommy's purse without asking. i was just trying to get the money so i could help my friend sky.
she's poor, and i just wanted to help. cece, it is good to want to help, but stealing is wrong. you're right, mom. i'm sorry. i promise i'll never do it again. see ya. not so fast. you have some money to pay back. how? i don't even have a job. you do now --
washing dishes. i'll start you off at a dollar an hour. but i took a lot of money. that's going to take forever. ohh... that's the beauty of it. mom... dad... there's nothing you can say to change my mind.
i'm not going back to school. i never thought a child of mine would be a high school dropout. breaks my heart. you let us down, zaria. hello, zaria. hi, genesis. is everything okay? no. no, it's not.
hello, mr. peterson. hello. no, please stay. i overheard you and your father this afternoon. zaria, your father's right. what are you talking about? i wish you would have talked to me before you dropped out of school. why? what's the problem?
we can't have a high school dropout as the host of our show. kids look up to you. okay. i-i'll go back to school. it's too late. no, no! i promise, i'll go back to school tomorrow. zaria, let me explain. our sponsors went ballistic when they found out.
they hired someone else. there's nothing you can do? i'm sorry, zaria. goodbye. i was so sure i had everything figured out. i know, honey. i'm sorry about everything. i know i said a lot of awful things. i didn't mean any of it.
i know you didn't. it was just one of those hard life-lessons, and as you get older, you're going to have a lot of them... from "a" to "z." you think i would steal after all y'all done for me? come on. i forgot my line. oh, man! i got to go.
i know you mean well, but i have a show to do. i'm going to go give her a whooping right now. -- captions by vitac -- burbank, pittsburgh, tampa, and washington d.c.

[music playing] male speaker : whoa,[inaudible] [laughter] tony sales: my name'stony sales. i'm 37 years of age. it's been said that i'm one ofbritain's biggest fraudsters. in my time as a fraudster, iaccumulated between 10 to 30 million pounds. i spent six years of my lifeon the run, of which at the
end i served a prisonsentence. i've now set up a company calledrid fraud ltd., which combats the sort of frauds thati used to do to help this growing epidemic that'shappening throughout the uk. i could sell riceto the chinese. committing fraud was aseasy as that for me. the london fraud network ishuge, starting with young fraudsters-- male speaker: the policecouldn't give two flying pigs
about fraud. i've only had one encounter, andi managed to fraud that. tony sales: --to major organizedcriminal gangs stealing multi-millionpounds through elaborate frauds and scams. male speaker: people don'twant to appear silly. that's why they don'task questions. male speaker: all your name hasto do is just pop up on one of our computers, and it's done.
that's you. male speaker: moneymeans nothing. buy now, pay never. tony sales: i'd put thistelephone number down for a number for my nan to contactfrom the school. so if i decided to hop the wagor play truant, she could ring this number, and i would answerthe phone and say, "hello, halstow school, can ihelp you?" i was 11, 12 when i was doing that.
we'd go to every single one ofthose flats that were up in there and get peopleto sign our sponsorship form for a pound. they'd phone a number, andthey'd say, "hello, is the sponsorship form real?" andagain, we'd say, "yes, the sponsorship form's real. it's from halstow school." but when your belly's hungry, and you need to eat, and you want to buy yourself a nice pairof trainers that all the
other kids have got on,they're the only things you can do. and that's how youlearn the trade. young cee: this isn'treally the life. you're not making asmuch money as you possibly can, legally. as soon as you apply for a job,you have to wait forever. and while waiting, you're onthe streets, doing nothing. if you're not doing nothing, then you're doing the daily
grind, which is shottinga little weed. calley: you have to commit theseoffenses in order to eat your food for the day. obviously, there are risksinvolved in doing them things. i've been shot at, and someonetried to stab me. in my opinion, violenceain't the answer. i would prefer to dothe fraud scams. alias: i'm just going to tryand find a nice pair of trainers for myself.
yeah, these are bad, innit? you can get card detailsfrom hotels. you can get them from secretfraternities online. getting hold of it is easy. first got into it when i was ateenager in secondary school-- 16, i would say. ebay scam. and i got some wrestlingfigures. i mean, people would just ringme up and say, mate, can you
order me some indian, please, or a pizza? i'm fucking starving. i've done stuff for people, andthey haven't looked after me in return. with that being done, i knoweverything about them. i'll just go and take a creditcard out in their name. i've even done it to a girl. she deleted me off of facebookand i put her arse into debt for doing that.
[laughs] that's what happens when youdelete me off facebook. top websites to completelyannihilate if you're low on money, need clothes, want food. at number two is harrods. the security in harrods isactually a pile of poo. i remember me and my slovenianboys, we raped it every single day for a month. they just went back toslovenia with all
state of the art stuff. and out there, theywere getting top dollar for it, as well. at number one is tesco,it's my favorite. this is what we help theneighborhood out with. for the single mums that don'thave as much money as they would like to, they give us abell and we just order them shopping to their house. the security on tesco'sis rubbish.
but i'm happy that it's rubbish, because it's helped a lot of people. so i bought myself shitloadsof dvds because i want to start a little pirateindustry. give the little youngerssomething to do. this is just pleasurable. warhammers, i love this stuff. limited edition warhammers. wicked.
i mean, this is justthis week alone. welcome to the life of fraud. tony sales: london's full anddiverse of all different types of frauds going oncontinuously. i think the most bizarre one iever heard of and know about is the nigerian 419 scam of whatthey call black money. the black money scam justbasically cons people into believing that there'sa pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
mr. gold: my name is mr. gold, and i'm here to talk to you about what we call wash wash. and basically, what i want toshow you now is how we can turn $300 into maybe $300,000. sometimes we've targetedunderworld people because, number one, they're the onlypeople who will have a substantial amount of moneysitting down at home, unaccounted for. yes, we have taken moneyfrom the ira.
we're not intimidatedby them at all. maybe i'll say i'm the assistantto bin laden. i have exclusive accessto his hoard of money. the job now is to move the moneyfrom where it is to the west, where it can bedealt with properly. but then when i tell them that, unfortunately, the money has come defaced. but it's not an issue, becausethis is how security services normally move the money.
and there are chemicalsavailable in order to wash the money. the idea now is for him to buyenough chemical so that we can do his wash by theend of the week. we can never tell him whatthe secret chemical is. it's not really expensive, butwe will tell him it's very, very expensive. it's only available togovernments, and whatnot. magic.
so you give them this. so, there you go, mr. client. go down the road, go buyyourself mcdonald's. by the time they come back, the chest will be gone, everything will be gone, everything will be clean. do people actually believe it? yes they do. they believe it. to be honest with you, i couldnot be in the room because i
would laugh. i've got a nice house, yeah, andthe cars, the women, the whole shebang. and it's a lifestyle thathas been bought with this kind of business. cut. tony sales: key still works. let's have a look. this is just bank statements,a couple of wage slips,
couples of passports. absolutely everythingin there. mortgage offers. a lot of this stuff would havebeen given to people at a proper company todisperse of it. you know? and maybe the guy who drovethe van or works in the company, who don't get thewages that he should be getting for the job that he'sdoing, thinks, well, i can
have a little tickle, here. and he sells it to the wrongperson who then would try and get hold of someone like me. this is a mortgage applicationin here. we got a copy of someone'spassport. we got a copy of someone'sp60, so now we've got a national insurance number. we've got barclay's bankstatements with the account number, sort code, everythingelse on it.
this is how easy it is, yeah? you make a utility bill. you can make a nationalinsurance card, because you got the national insurancenumber. all these things are really easyto make once you've got the right equipment. so you go into the bank, withall the stuff that you've made up now, and you just draw themoney out over the counter. once you knew how to do allthis stuff, we was instant
millionaires. we could have whatever wewanted, whenever we wanted it. a4 pieces of paper are cashif you know how to make them into money. the final piece ofthe jigsaw is id. the best possible formof id you can get is a british passport. people die on boats and stufffor this passport. and they climb over mountains, and they go everywhere to try
and get this passportright here. with this id, people willgive you anything. they don't even question it. and they just look at it. they'll give you whatever youwant, there and then. because as far as they're concerned, it's a real passport. if you make it goodenough, no one's going to question nothing.
so that's the most importantpart, is the photo id. so that bit's done now. so now we just need to make therest of the utility bills and the bank statement. and that's it. we're going to make a completebill with numbers on the back. everything it's meant tohave, it's gonna have. so when people look at it, theyturn it over, it's going to have all the numbers there.
everything's in place. even the direct debit cardslip is perfect to how it should be. there is no differencewhatsoever. it's absolutely perfect. people would say it's hardwork, but it's not. it's an easy thing to do. whereas most people walk pastthe shop, and they don't see anything, we're walking pastthe shop and thinking, oh,
let's have a little lookin there and just see what we can do. simmer: she's green. [inaudible] tony sales: look howyoung that girl is. what, she's 20. what's she going to know? there's so much [inaudible] coming to play.
do you do finance? my wife said you do, yeah? female speaker: it takesabout 15, 20 minutes to do on the system. i just need some form ofidentification, preferably like a debit card. tony sales: yeah, now thesepeople are not trained in any type of financial backgroundat all. you can go to them and say, i'dlike to open a store card
today in your store, please. and they'll say,ok, thank you. could you fill thisform out, sir? the house of fraserstore card. do you do a house offraser store card? you do, yeah? and do i have to haveany id with me? female speaker: we doneed a form of id, like a credit card.
tony sales : all right,i've got that, yeah. yeah, that's fine. that's fine, yeah? all right. thank you very much! simmer: they want you to takeit more than they think you want to take it. so just let themsell it to you. tony sales : hello.
i was just making someinquiries, really. i see you do up to three years'interest-free credit. female speaker: yes. tony sales : i'm looking toget my wife a 10 year anniversary present. yeah, that looks all right. female speaker: that's anice-looking watch, isn't it? tony sales : yeah. female speaker: maritalstatus?
you're married, yeah? 10 years, was it? tony sales : 10 years, yeah. female speaker: sameas me, this year. tony sales : oh yeah? well you don't look old enoughto be married 10 years. female speaker: 10years, july. tony sales : wow. female speaker: do youhave any proof of
residence at all with you? driving license orutility bill? tony sales : i've gota utility bill. yeah. i've left one bit in the car. here you go. thanks. they haven't got a clue whatthey're looking at, what id they're looking at, howto check to see if the
id is real or not. they don't have a clue. and that person could issue youup to 5,000 pound credit on the spot, there and then. male speaker: right, you havesix autographs in total, sir. signature there. signature and dateson that one. and there's three copiesof it, basically. one for me, one for [inaudible],and one for us.
tony sales : ok, sir. i'll go and get the card. i've got to do a couple littlebits just down there, yeah. male speaker: we'll have thewatch ready, we'll have all this done, all thepaperwork sorted. tony sales : thank you, sir. thank you very much. see you later, bye bye. on one day, it could be thatthere might be 20 of us out.
and that girl does 20applications in one day. that poor girl is goingto get in trouble. simmer: before i met tony,i used to do robberies. i was robbing doorstepcollection people. i was getting in somuch trouble. prison, police stations,[inaudible]. it just got progressivelyworse. it was wearing a bit thin. i could see a long prisonsentence coming out of
something like that. i just met hott. and he just showed me adifferent way where i wasn't getting into trouble so much. he just brought me in likeit was just an old family sort of thing. it was just an easyway of life. i didn't worry about nothing. i didn't have to worryabout money.
nice clothes, whateveri wanted. growing up, i never used tohave nothing like that. when i stopped robbing andstarted doing the fraud, it was taking the face away fromthe crime, if you like. wasn't hurting nobodyindirectly. it's luck of the draw. because what you do is you'repicking people. you don't know the peopleyou're picking. you might have a million people, and all you're doing
is just picking the best namethat suits yourself. it's already happenedto my mother. she was the victim ofidentification fraud, as well. not saying that come from noneof us, because it never come from none of us. but she was. my family didn't want meto go the way i did. but you take your own pathin life, don't you? tony sales: like in afootball team, the
striker scores the goal. fraud works in exactly the sameway where at the end, sometimes you build everythingup, and you just need the last part of the jigsaw puzzleto put it together. 9 times out of 10, that'llbe someone like kelly. men are men. they will look at a gorgeousyoung girl, and they go weak at the knees. i can go in and corrupt thegirls behind the counter.
but there's a lot more menworking stores, and it's easier for her to go in,flash her boobs, wink-- make the guy feel thathe's special. so she'll come out with 10 timesmore than what i can come out with. kelly: listen, i'll go outsome little geary. he must be about eighteen. and i'll mug him right off. i will use my, what's theword, femininity.
tony sales: femininity. kelly: [laughs] how do you say it? kelly: femininity. i will use that. oh, please. at the end of theday, love, i've never, ever robbed anybody. if i could get 50 grand off somesilly bank, because i've
got a bit of paperwork, whatever, i'm happy to do that. i won't get out ofmy bed for 5,000. would i? tony sales: no, you wouldn't. you love money too much, man. kelly: (laughing) i wouldn'tget out of my bed for it. tony sales: you know, in thatgame sometimes people, when they get a bit nervous, theyturn to drink or drugs to just
sort of calm their nervesa little bit. i think sometimes, a lot of whathappens with these people is that they've earned so muchmoney in the past, and they've had such a good life, that things start to spiral out of control. before you know it, the partylifestyle is trying to happen every day. dave? dave: goddamn!
tony, come here. tony sales: hey, howyou doing, mate? you all right? yeah, mate, i'm all right. this is dave. dave courtney: i do apologizeabout him. i was right from the start. i blame the parent. i've known him a long time.
when i first met him,i had a fringe. this is one of the local heroesof our little block. right? he was always, and i mean thismost sincerely, a little bit smarter than your averagebear, boo-boo, right? he was a little bitabove his years. tony sales: thank you. dave courtney: no, idon't mean it nice. i looked at you as a threat.
i hated him. [inaudible] talking to him[inaudible] a fancy smile. come on, you mastermind. now, i don't have to bethe best fraudster. 'cause i know him. and he don't have to bethe best fighter, because he can ring me. each to his own. horses for courses, rightpeg in the right hole.
i'm a completelydifferent era. and the only way to be againstthe law, or criminal, in them days, you all had the samehaircut, you all had the flat nose, and you was a gangster, you understand what i mean? now, as the world has evolved, everyone's got a little bit more sharper. you couldn't rob a bank. it wouldn't be worth it. because everyone's payingwith a check.
and when i used to do it, someold woman used to give you 200 grand, and we'd runoff down the road. and if you was unlucky,a cop would chase you with a whistle. it was fucking mental. their criminal mindis so sharp. they'll crucifying andslaughtering these failsafe things that they're doingwithin hours. how could i get awaywith fraud?
look at me. stop it. criminals spend their moneyvery, very fast, because they do not understand theconcept of saving. and when you run out of money, you just then go out and nick some more. so you don't have todo the saving. you know what i mean? although you might not want tobe squanderous and slap-happy
with your money, youcan't help it. because it's easycome, easy go. and i hate to say that, but it is like that. very much so in tony's case, with the fraud thing. he never, ever believed thatthat was ever going to stop. otherwise he wouldn't havewasted the money he did on what he did. he must have thought thiswould go on forever. tony sales: [inaudible]
[making gun noises] dave courtney: come then. next! yeah, but i can'tmake a passport. i couldn't walk out of afucking [inaudible] in [inaudible]. unless i went like that, giveme the fucking, give me the fucking [inaudible]. know what i mean?
how's that for a fraud? boom. i'm rubbing my cockon her ankle. the illusion that anyone that'son the wrong side of the law is more exciting is anillusion, but it definitely is an aphrodisiac. these little creatures, here, that look like they walked off the front of a magazine wouldn'tbe sitting in my back garden, letting me molest herankle if i was a milkman.
they make me feel like i'm 25,about 6'8", and jamaican. step this way. look. after you. listen, god didn't giveyou a bum like that to walk behind me. fucking hell. i'm loving the way yourlegs bend, blondie. i'm liking that littlebend you do.
flora: i can tell the differencebetween gangsters and them sort of straight guys, just even down to the way they talk a lot of the time, and the words they use. dave courtney: oh, yourfucking legs! flora: i just have that side tome that finds it attractive or feels excited by them. it's not like i wereused to that. like when i was a teenager, when i was a kid, i was completely innocent.
i didn't think, oh, i wantto hang around gangsters. it was just something thathappened, really. i prefer the fraud side ofcrime, more than anything else, like violence and drugs. it is more clever. it's finding loopholesin today's society. because on both sides you've gotpeople that are making a lot of money. and if everyday people can usetheir brain enough to find a
way to look after their kidslovely, their girlfriend lovely, make a nice house, sometimes i do think, well, good on to you. you've put enough brain powerinto it, you've made things happen out of nothing. and it might be bad to say,but i guess i don't mind that too much. i know that i've had friendsthat have had their identity stolen and theirbanks cleared.
so they will probablyhate me for that. and i know that's really bad. but fraud is more commendable? dave courtney: it's our dutyas a criminal, as soon as you're doing something that therest of the world don't like, which is crime, you shouldat least do it with as much dignity, honor, respect, class, quality, professionalism, as possible. because what you're doingis scummy, so at
least do it with honor. that'll be a nice one. alright, thanks a lot, ladies and gentlemen, thank you very much. the courtney show is over. tony sales: i didtell you that. you don't listen to me. i told you the other day. mindy: you didn't tell me.
tony sales: i'm notarguing with you. mindy: you were outlast saturday. tony sales: what areyou, my mum? mindy: no, i'm your fuckingwife that's sitting here looking after your children. that's what. tony sales: yeah, please, babe, can you do that for me, yeah? mindy?
i think she's gone now. tony sales: there'smy son, there. there's my little boy. this is where i live now. i've obviously moved on fromthe big houses and the big cars and stuff. now i'm trying to change mylife around and go legit. it's a lot harder thanwhen you're just taking stuff for free.
the thought of going and gettingit for financial gain doesn't bother me inthe slightest. but actually deceiving my wifeand my family is the one thing that got to me morethan anything. born on the same day as me. he's a good boy, though. he's not going to bea naughty one. aren't you? hey.
go on. i've started a companynow to prevent fraud. tony sales: i have. i've gone straight, kel. and now i've got my own companycalled rid fraud. tony sales: and it specializesin dealing with identity theft. and we're going to teachcompanies that we used to whack how to stop it.
for real. kelly: can i have a job? [electronic music playing]

runnebaum.i've worked with david for years now. i've done loans for his father, his sisters. we'vedeveloped a trust relationship that has extended past family. he trusts me with his rentaldeals and future deals that he has going on. robert and david's longterm business relationshipis a vital part of david's home purchases. i look forward to new opportunities that arecoming out. it's nice to work with castle & cooke and robert davis because he has allmy information. so getting a loan, for me, is easier now because i've done it multipletimes with robert. with the help of a mortgage professional like robert, david has developedhis own strategy for acquiring property and his sage advice for first-time buyers or homeownerslooking to move up.

know the market that you're getting into.know the property values in the area. if it's a higher end home like this particular house, just know your surrounding sales. options matter when it comes to finding theright home loan. a broad array of loan programs are designed to meet each client's needs, and a mortgage professional knows how to make the match of client with program.it's also important to note that not every borrower is similarly situated, and it's importantfor each borrower's circumstances to be carefully analyzed and evaluated to make sure that theloan program that they're going into is the best for them. so what's important for a mortgagecompany and a mortgage professional is an understanding of those loan products, theloan programs, ability to execute, ability

to evaluate a borrower's situation so youcan put the borrower in the best situation possible.these options also extend to renovation loans. whether it's the house you live in or a uniquefixer-upper you can buy for a low price, renovation loans offer a way to pay for major upgradesthat could increase a property's value. through the improvement projects that thehomeowner would complete, they can actually bring up the value of the home to where theywould, in the end, have a significant amount of equity in the property. there are tremendousbenefits available for those individuals that are willing to go through that process.before obtaining a renovation loan, there are some subtle differences and similaritiesyou should understand.

well, as with any loan, i think it's importantfor a borrower to understand their financial circumstance and to understand what amountthey can qualify for. and by working with a qualified mortgage professional, a borrowercan quickly ascertain what that amount is. the second part of it, when working througha renovation loan, it's very important to make sure that you're working with experiencedcontractors that are licensed and bonded and have experience in the type of projects thatthe homeowner is planning to complete. i think if a borrower really pays attention to thosetwo items, the process should be fairly smooth and easy.all of this sounds wonderful, but what about down payments? we often hear that 20% is needed.how do you come up with that much cash? well,

you don't.the truth about down payments is that you oftentimes don't need 20% to buy a home.down payment is a big issue with home buyers, especially first-time home buyers. the minimumthat they have to come in using fha is 3.5%. most people don't have 3.5% in the bank. so,they can get their down payments with gifts from family members and save. eventually, they come up with 3.5%. luckily we can get the seller to pay some of those closing costsif you've got a good realtor that can negotiate for you.for the average buyer, they've buying, you know, $200,000 - $300,000 house. to save upthe down payment, 3.5% is roughly $6,000 to $8,000. you know, a husband and wife couldcome up with that pretty easily saving over

even a few months time.so what's our take away? find a lender and mortgage professional that is right for you.do your homework and get your finances straight. before you know it, you're in your new home, your biggest asset. it was nerve racking at first, but knowingthe value, knowing what i was getting into after we closed the deal, i was happy. andthen a few years later, i sold it for a nice profit and i was able to buy this house.it's important for you to get a referral to a good lender like castle & cooke mortgage.they can help you just like we've helped david acquire real estate properties and rentals.when dealing with castle & cooke mortgage, they will know exactly where they stand, they'llknow exactly what the process is. we can help

them evaluate whether or not a loan programis suitable for them. we can help them get qualified for the loan program that they'relooking for and work with them throughout the entire process in a quick and efficientmanner. to learn more, visit castlecookemortgage.com.to see this portion of the show again, visit designingspaces.tv.(music). (music).hi, i'm interior designer, kalyn rothaus. i'm all about designing functional and fabulouswork spaces. one of the most important rooms is the employee break room and kitchen. that'swhy designing a fully functional kitchen here was important. but now that the kitchen isinstalled we need to get it organized before

everyone moves in. why am i so concerned aboutgetting this kitchen organized? well, you should see the kitchen in the old building.it seems everyone just tossed things into drawers and cabinets, probably because wedidn't have any organization in the drawers to begin with. to help get this kitchen organized,i've called in an expert. i've called amy lipper from lipper international, which isa company that's been helping organize kitchens since 1963. amy, i'm so happy you're hereto help us get this space organized. it's great to be here.thank you so much. so, let's first talk about drawer organization. so tell me what you'vebrought today. we have an expandable drawer organizer. andthis shifts back and forth to allow different

spaces and bamboo stacking drawers to fitall your flat wear and your utensils and tools. and then we also have spaces for tools andgadgets which can go in different spots. i love that this is adjustable, that i canput the tools in the front. either side. right.yeah. this is great. so you put more in front. this drawer is alittle shallower than most drawers. very often you can turn it around and take the full advantageof the expandability. another way to organize your drawers is drawer dividers. these canput it in any way. you could even put a couple more in. we have some tools. you could put, obviously, very long tools -- bbq tools -- in here. could be kitchen towels or napkins, plastic wrap, wax paper. this could be any

number of things. we also have some ramekinswhich you might use, a favorite mixing bowl, another bowl that might come in handy, andagain you can change the sizes of these divisions. you could put in things like flashlights ortools. anything you want handy to use, and you could divide it a couple more times ifyou chose to. this is a great solution for a junk drawer,a drawer where it really needs some division. i mean, there's so much stuff you keep inyour kitchen. this is a great solution. yes.so, let's talk a little bit more about upper cabinets. what sort of solutions do you havefor organization in cabinets? well, we have a corner shelf and as you cansee there's different size plates in here.

and this is made of solid bamboo. we havean expandable shelf, which can be used for any form of jars.and what's this material? this is cork and it's over bamboo. it's oversolid bamboo. so it's cork and bamboo which of course is very green.and this one is so great because you have all the different levels and you'll be ableto read all the labels on your spices. so that just makes it so much easier.and then up here you have an item to hold your single serve coffee cups, and this holdsabout 45 cups and keeps it out of the way and very convenient.amy, this is a really big coffee drinking company, so i'm excited for you to show meabout this product for storage and organization

of coffee pots. so tell me a little bit aboutthis one. well, as you can see, we have a single servecoffee machine on tap, and the drawer glides out easily, and the great thing is that thewhole machine moves forward so that when you have to put the water in an then when youhave to put your single serve pot in… it doesn't bang into your counter top. i alwayshave to move my machine forward. it moves very easily, and then of course whenyou're done you just move everything back and you have easy access to the drawer whichagain glides out easily. you know, we've made a lot of progress inthis kitchen today. and thank you so much, amy, for all of your organizational expertiseand help.

oh, you're very welcome. and it's just a littlebit of what we have to offer with storage solutions. and you can find much more of whatwe do on lipperinternational.com. and we'll also refer you to stores and websites whereour products are available. amy, thank you again for all of your help.you've really made this space so much more organized and a lot easier. for more information,or if you'd like to watch this segment again, please visit us at designingspaces.tv.(music). welcome to the tile shop's tips from the provideo series. i'm cabby. today, we're going to discuss getting a proper layout for yourtile project. now the layout is key to making sure you get a professional looking install.it's the first thing i notice when i walk

and this is made of solid bamboo. we havean expandable shelf, which can be used for any form of jars.and what's this material? this is cork and it's over bamboo. it's oversolid bamboo. so it's cork and bamboo which of course is very green.and this one is so great because you have all the different levels and you'll be ableto read all the labels on your spices. so that just makes it so much easier.and then up here you have an item to hold your single serve coffee cups, and this holdsabout 45 cups and keeps it out of the way and very convenient.amy, this is a really big coffee drinking company, so i'm excited for you to show meabout this product for storage and organization

of coffee pots. so tell me a little bit aboutthis one. well, as you can see, we have a single servecoffee machine on tap, and the drawer glides out easily, and the great thing is that thewhole machine moves forward so that when you have to put the water in an then when youhave to put your single serve pot in… it doesn't bang into your counter top. i alwayshave to move my machine forward. it moves very easily, and then of course whenyou're done you just move everything back and you have easy access to the drawer whichagain glides out easily. you know, we've made a lot of progress inthis kitchen today. and thank you so much, amy, for all of your organizational expertiseand help.

oh, you're very welcome. and it's just a littlebit of what we have to offer with storage solutions. and you can find much more of whatwe do on lipperinternational.com. and we'll also refer you to stores and websites whereour products are available. amy, thank you again for all of your help.you've really made this space so much more organized and a lot easier. for more information,or if you'd like to watch this segment again, please visit us at designingspaces.tv.(music). welcome to the tile shop's tips from the provideo series. i'm cabby. today, we're going to discuss getting a proper layout for yourtile project. now the layout is key to making sure you get a professional looking install.it's the first thing i notice when i walk

into restaurants, hotels, or anyone's home.i'm always looking for straight and level grout joints. i want to see as many full tilesas possible and avoid any sliver cuts. now that's a cut that's about 2 inches or smaller.that's alarming to me and shows that no one did the proper layout. now it can be intimidatingif you've never done this before, but that's okay. you really only need three tools: acarpenter's square, a tape-measurer, and a chalk line. once we take a few measurementsand square up your space, then we get your tiling dry laid on the floor. we want to knowwhat it's going to look like exactly when it's installed. avoid those sliver cuts. makesure you know where your cuts are going to be and you'll be alright. for more informationon installations as well as tips and tricks

i chose just a bead that matches that.it's beautiful. or you can choose one that -- thank you -- thatcontrasts it. mm-hmm.and you make a quick loop at the top. bend it around. and then you're just going to wrapit like this. and this is a technique you can use even to make your own charms because, you know, right there is a basically a charm. you've got a loop. you just trim the end andthen you're going to connect the loop you just made to the bottom loop…you make it look very easy. of the charms.well, you know, i've had a lot of practice. i have to make sure i don't hurt anybody here.snip that end off and then all i'm going to

do is just open this last loop on the beadedchain. okay.and attach that bead. to find where it opens first, though. turn it around until i findit. there it is. so i'm going to go ahead and open this up, attach my little drop, andbam i've got an earring. that's it.i know, it's so simple. how easy. that's so easy!it's so much fun, and then you can choose things that work for you and for your wardrobe.mm-hmm. wow. i feel like anybody could make these.definitely. anyone could. they're so easy. wow. well, you know, whatabout people who are more crafty and have

(music).you want to do home maintenance projects yourself, but you don't have the tools. every home shouldhave a basic toolbox, but what tools do you need to get started? let's look at the basicset of tools you'll need to get your home maintenance and diy projects underway. ifyou plan on diy home maintenance and improvements, you will no doubt be using a hammer and ascrewdriver. there are two types of screwdrivers: flatheads and phillips head. as for a hammer,a lightweight tack hammer is enough for most around-the-house projects. if you're planningon doing some carpentry, you will need a claw hammer. pliers come next: basic slip jointpliers, locking pliers, and needle nose pliers. there are other tools that can be added overtime as you expand your diy skills. you'll
